The framework, in hindsight
In the terms of the A.G.E.N.T. operating model I later studied in the Harvard Data Science Initiative's AI Strategist and Builder intensive (completed October 2026), DexCare was Gauge and Track discipline: identify risk and dependency on every roadmap item up front, then track to resolution each quarter. Delivery became predictable because risks were identified early and tracked until resolved, which is the framework's point.
